At the moment there are still many community empowerment programs as well as the recovery of the welfare of communities affected by a project, ending when the program activities are completed alias there is no sustainability, so that the condition of the affected communities does not undergo economic, social and cultural changes. Based on the experience, the SRAP Program, a People Affected Project (PAP) livelihood project for the development of the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road implemented by the Association for Small Enterprise Improvement (PUPUK) Bandung is required to develop a program strategy based on Sustainability, especially considering the condition of the LAP that is the majority of the elderly (as much as 45%), the level of PAP education majority in the elementary and junior high schools, with less business experience or even the most recent first Doing business / business as an alternative livelihood as well as the main source of family income.

Based on the PAP condition and the objectives to be achieved at the end of the program, PUPUK Bandung proposes a concept of the need for a container as an umbrella for the efforts undertaken by the LAP. The businesses carried out by PAP include trading of groceries / grocery stalls, trade in various processed foods, cultivation of livestock (poultry and sheep) as well as various businesses engaged in services and handicrafts. The container must have a formal legal form in accordance with Indonesian legislation, and will become a PAP Owned Enterprise (BUMP). On mutual agreement and blessing from PT. Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) as a donor then formed PT. Ngariung Kadieu Heula (PT NKH). Election of legal entity in the form of PT because (1) Requirements for the establishment process is simpler; (2) Legal aspects are stronger; (3) More Accountable and (4) In faster decision making.

The selection of Ngariung Kadieu Heula's name has a deep philosophical history and meaning, where at the beginning of the program every time a meeting with the community will appear, a gathering invited in Sundanese language, philosophically expected with the gathering of people who are in the same place will bring the right solution to solve the problem together. The development goal of PT. NKH as BUMP is (1) is the embodiment of the principle of community empowerment, namely: Enabling, Protecting, and Supporting; (2) Project Resource Development; (3) Program Effectiveness and Efficiency; And (4) Sustainability and Business Development of LAP.

PT NKH has 2 (two) business units to support its activities namely (1) Toko Cimaja and (2) Pancak Suji Farm. Toko Cimaja is a store that provides basic necessities and other supplies such as toiletries, snacks / snacks, drinks and instant food, etc. are sold in wholesale or retail. Toko Cimaja was established to support 112 PAPs that have food stalls and processed businesses. With PAP membership system, you can shop at Cimaja Shop with cheap price with delivery order service, even PAP can order groceries through Taking Order officers or via short messenger services (SMS). Since opening on January 30, 2015, Cimaja Store not only serves as a member of PAP as well as the general public who want to shop regularly to Toko Cimaja. Pancak Suji Farm or PSF is the second business unit under PT. NKH, PSF is engaged in the cultivation of poultry farms with poultry (chicken laying country and broiler) and Garut sheep race. Like its Cimaja Store, PSF was established with the aim of supporting 200 PAP businesses in both lamb and poultry farming. Currently, PSF in addition to providing free livestock health services to PAP, also established partnerships with selected PAP in the program "Garut Gadugan Garut" although still limited in number.

Through both units of business activities owned by PT. NKH continues to strive for management and financial independence. In planning PT NKH by the end of 2017 will involve PAP representatives who have the capacity to sit in the management of PT. NKH and develop a business unit optimally to get the benefits that ultimately can be enjoyed by all PAP FERTILIZER PAPER program Bandung.

By involving PAP representatives in the management of PT NKH, and at the end of the program (passing out) all the managerial and commissioners have been held by PAP representatives, PT NKH is the foundation of a concrete step for sustainability for a program called Supplemental Resettlement Action Plan (SRAP) PUPUK Bandung.

If you hear the word "Batik Cirebonan" then immediately crossed our mind is the motif "Mega Overcast" which we easily get in batik centers located in the Trusmi Plered Cirebon City, but there is a batik center that has its own peculiarities and shows geliatnya Back after almost two dasa color experienced death, namely batik from Ciwaringin Village. Batik tulis Ciwaringin Village has a distinctive motif and slightly different from the motives circulating in the Trusmi region.

Fathoni is one of the Ciwaringin Village community whose area of paddy field is the focus of family income affected by the construction of Cipali toll road. "When exposed to the project, it feels like hitting our economy because revenues dropped dramatically" he said. Together with 51 (fifty one) others from Ciwaringin Village, Pak Fathoni is registered as PAP (People Affected Project) who has the right to get assistance from the Ciremai SRAP Program conducted by PUPUK Bandung with PT. Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) as the funder.

In the FGD for the selection of alternative livelihoods for welfare restoration, Pak Fathoni with 12 other PAPs chose Ciwaringin batik handicraft business activities, as they have had the skills of batik from generation to generation. However, at the time of the initial assessment of the FERTILE SRAP team found the weakness of the batik artisans in the business management of batik. In terms of production, for example, the craftsmen do not know the simple technology to improve the quality of batik, both in terms of coloring and quality of batik.

For the next SRAP Ciremai Fertilizer Program accompanied by a group approach, which was then called PUPUK "Ciwaringin Natural Color Batik Crafters Group" with the name of the group "Batik Quu". Mr. Fathoni who is the elder of Ciwaringin batik craftsmen lined up as group chairman. Group approach is selected by PUPUK because grouping will be easier in coordination, in case of constraints will more ideas / solutions to solve it, and in terms of business will facilitate (effectively and efficiently) in handling orders in large parties.

The Quu Batik Group received coaching through a variety of training, ranging from organizational management training to group progress, business management, financial governance including Household Economic Management Training. To improve the skill of craftsmen, SRap Program Ciremai PUPUK provides training packages on coloring techniques using natural coloring materials including how to make the dye from the extracts of various plants (mahogany, mango, etc.), but also provided assistance in the form of workshops as well as showrooms For the resulting product

The technique of natural coloring is a novelty for the Batik Quu group, because so far they have used artificial coloring that they have to buy. Using natural dyes that can be self-made automatically reduces production costs. "The natural dye did indeed make the quality of our batik better and we also feel the increase in price of our batik after quality improvement," said Mr. Fathoni. Moreover, in this millennial era consumers prefer environmentally friendly products, so batik products with natural dyes have more value than synthetic dye batik products, it affects the selling value of the product. When using a synthetic dye batik Ciwaringin batik cloth dibandrol with a maximum price of Rp. 150,000 per sheet, but by using natural dyes the price can go up 2x even higher if the colors are used more.

According to Mr. Fathoni, the development of his business is now beginning to attract the interest of craftsmen who are not PAP in his village, and Quu Batik Group with open arms to accept anyone to join especially for increased production because today many of the incoming orders either in the form of batik or makloon for natural staining but still Lack of craftsmanship.

In this second year, ongoing coaching continues to be done for quality improvement, packaging way (packaging as value added) and marketing techniques. Quu Batik groups are often invited to exhibitions conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Corporate CSR activities / SOEs, even bid consignment with some four star hotels in the city of Cirebon.

In a casual conversation in the afternoon at the beginning of May 2107, Pak Fathoni said that Ciwaringin batik began to bring winds of change and hope for the Ciwaringin Village community both economically and socially, "With the passionate return of Batik Ciwaringin, unwittingly has lowered the number of migrant workers, Ciwaringin Village community began to re-profession into batik crafters and forget about the desire to work as laborers outside the region or abroad "he said.
